Henderson State committed 19 turnovers and had troubles with its perimeter shooting as the Reddies lost to Minot State 78-50, Saturday at the GAC/NSIC Challenge in Lancaster, Texas.

The Reddies, 1-1 on the season, converted on just 2-of-20 shots from beyond the arc and managed just two offensive rebounds in the game.

Henderson jumped out to an 8-4 lead as the Reddies had three consecutive fast break steals and dunks, two by Brad Nairn and one by Tanner Hamilton.
