Women's Basketball Wraps up Weekend with Victory at Missouri Southern

JOPLIN, Mo. – Trailing Missouri Southern by one point at the end of the opening quarter, SWOSU Women's Basketball slowly pulled away from the Lady Lions and went on to win 84-70 and wrap up their stay in Joplin at the GAC/MIAA Crossover.
After failing to score in double figures in the season opener, Hailey Tucker bounced back to put up her first double-double of the new season with 24 points and 12 rebounds.
