All members attended the November meeting of the Kiowa City Council, except Mayor Brandon Farney who was out of town. Councilmember Bill Watson presided over the meeting with councilmembers present including Tom Wells, Brian Hill, Russell Molz and R.L. Simpson. Also seated at the council table was City Administrator Lou Leone, City Attorney Laurel McClellan and City Clerk Trish Brewer.
