The Woods County commissioners went through the routine early agenda items of calling the meeting to order, roll call and determination of a quorum.

They opened bids for selling a 2008 belly dump trailer from District 1. Levi Rose Dozers bid $8,001 and Ken Eggleston bid $6,000. The item was sold to the high bidder.

The commissioners approved one road crossing permit for Rodco that cost $1,500 because they had to cut the county's road. Four other permits at $500 each were approved for Midstates Petroleum to bore underneath a road.
