The Woods County 4-H Public Speaking Contest was held on Sunday, Oct. 29, at the Waynoka Public School Auditorium. This contest helps Woods County 4-H youth develop skills for communicating to audiences, learn how to organize and prepare a speech or presentation, and develop self-confidence.
