Who doesn't love a parade? Oh, the excitement, the noise, the colors, and the thrills of seeing something new. Burlington third- through sixth-grade students learned about the history of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade this year and its tradition of thrilling parade-goers for almost 100 years. They watched a video of the parade's history and read the book "Balloons Over Broadway" by Melissa Sweet.
