A farm wife from Hooker, Oklahoma, Dallas Mayer enjoys her life on the farm and producing art about it. She has been an artist for 38 years.

Mayer describes herself as a ranch lady, accomplished artist, wife, mother and grandmother. The entire family works at their Oklahoma Centennial Ranch in the panhandle.

She prefers oil painting, but also does some work in watercolor and pastels. She proudly noted that her paintings are "harmonious" and are for sale. She has a unique formula of $2.65 per square inch to price her work. She has a gallery in Amarillo, Texas.
