Now we can officially say Merry Christmas, or whatever winds your clock. It's been a good/bad week in the well-known death list. We lost an angel (of sorts), two singer/movie stars, and the devil incarnate.

Besides being a great singer, Della Reese starred in a show called “Touched by an Angel” from 1993 to 2004. She was the head angel with helpers that got people back on the straight and narrow. It was one of our favorite shows. Minimum violence and mostly happy endings. It also helped that Della got to drive a big red Cadillac convertible. She was 86 years old.
