Tonight’s First Friday Art Walk in Alva will include feasts for the eye, ear and stomach. The date was listed incorrectly in an ad in the Newsgram, but the event is always held on the first Friday of each month. From 6 to 8 p.m. visitors are invited to stroll around the downtown square and enjoy the cultural offerings.
The Graceful Arts Gallery and Studio on the south side of the square will feature numerous artists including both two-dimensional and three-dimensional works. Local author Sheldon Russell will be at the gallery for a book-signing of his latest Hook Runyon mystery “The Bridge Tro...
