Clift just misses school record in loss at Emporia State

EMPORIA, Kan. (Nov. 29, 2017) – In all of the proud women's basketball history of Emporia State (Kan.) – which includes 19 NCAA Division II tournament appearances and a national championship – no player ever did to the Hornets what Oklahoma Christian's Addy Clift did on Wednesday night in one of Division II's most storied arenas.

The junior guard from Kiowa exploded for a career-high 42 points – just one off OC's school record and the most in a game this season by a Division II player – to help keep the Lady Eagles close, but Emporia State eventually pulled away for a 107-88 win at William L....
