MONTICELLO, Ark. – Emem David turned in a season-high 17 points to lift Southeastern to a 51-45 victory over Arkansas-Monticello in its Great American Conference road opener in Monticello, Ark.
The win lifts the Savage Storm to 4-2 overall on the year and 2-1 in GAC play heading into a Saturday afternoon contest at 1 p.m. against Southern Arkansas in Magnolia, Ark.
David was 6-of-14 from the floor and led all scorers with 17, while Alix Robinson checked in with nine and Katie Webb turned in eight points.
