November meeting of Cherokee Outlet DAR

The November meeting of the Cherokee Outlet Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution was held on Nov. 9 at the Alva Library. The regular business meeting was held and the group began the process to elect new officers for 2018-2019. Also of note, the Chapter’s Chaplain, Louise Prigmore, welcomed its newest member, Marceline Piper.
The next meeting will be the Christmas Luncheon to be held at the Cherokee Station on Dec. 14 at 11:30 a.m....
