11:16 a.m. Reporting party (RP) reported a two-wheel trailer sitting on the north side of the highway; it was out of the roadway. It had random items on it and there was a scissor jack under the tongue and looked like the right tire had a blow out. Advised deputy.

5:26 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at County Road 630 and SH-11.

5:42 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop at Ohio and 6th Street.

5:45 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop.

6 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at County Road 670 and SH-11.

6:12 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at County Road 720 and SH-11.

6:30 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at SH-11 and County Road 630.

7:32 p.m. Civil served papers.

8:42 a.m. RP had a controlled burn at Kay Road and County Road 580.

10:37 a.m. RP needed an ambulance for a male that had swallowed something and had an elevated heart rate. RP won't tell the dispatch what he swallowed. Medic en route. Medic with patient en route to Bass Hospital.


12:09 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop.

1:03 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop at 2nd Street and Kansas.

1:22 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop.

1:34 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop at 5th Street and Ohio.

5:38 p.m. Medic needed for a female who had fallen. Medic en route. Medic had no transport.

6:56 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at SH-11 and County Road 580.

1:37 a.m. RP advised of cattle out on SH-45 and County Road 620, west of McWillie.

8:32 a.m. RP advised of a male needing a lift assist. Medic en route. No transport.


1:52 p.m. Grass fire in Nescatunga.

3:36 p.m. A Sargent at James Crabtree Correctional Center needed an ambulance for an unresponsive inmate. Medic en route.

4:21 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on SH-11.

5:58 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on US-64.

6:29 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on Choctaw and SH-8.

Friday, December 8, 2017

5:45 a.m. RP advised of cattle out 2 miles west of Helena on SH-45.

7:44 a.m. Officer had a traffic stop at 6th Street and Kansas.

8:03 a.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on SH-11.

9:21 a.m. Officer arrested a juvenile.

9:53 a.m. Alarm company advised of a residential alarm going off. Officer advised everything was okay.

11:18 a.m. RP advised of two dogs running around, that had killed a cat earlier that morning.


5:56 p.m. RP advised of a reckless driving on Greer Road, headed east. RP advised it was speeding and had run her off the road. Advised officer.

6:35 p.m. RP advised of a small ditch fire, west of County Road 510 and Aline Blacktop.

8:41 p.m. RP advised there was a domestic going on 4th Street. RP advised a female was hit by a male and the male also hit a child. Officer and deputy en route.

11:58 p.m. RP advised there had a been a pickup truck sitting on a hill near his house with lights on and was wondering what was going on. Advised deputy.

9:32 a.m. RP advised a big dog broke off his chain and headed east, at 8th Street and Kansas. Advised animal control.


10:33 a.m. RP advised of cattle out on County Road 630 and Harper Road.

1:01 p.m. RP advised of a cattle semi truck, headed westbound on US-64 weaving all over the road with blinker on. Advised OHP and Woods County.

2:25 p.m. RP advised her vehicle was stolen off of SH-132 in Grant County and she wants to file a report. Advised she needs to contact Grant County.

4:17 p.m. RP advised she wanted an officer to make a report on a stolen fence. RP advised she knows who took her fence. Advised officer.

5:01 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at SH-8 and Jefferson Road.

5:38 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at Carter Road and SH-8.

6:25 p.m. Woods County advised they needed a welfare check on Noble Road. Advised the person had left children in the store while they shopped in Enid. Advised deputy. Made contact with individual.


7:49 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at SH-58 and County Road 640.

9:57 p.m. RP called to state that her dogs had woken them up to a strange male asleep in his underwear in her mud room with her goat. Advised deputy. RP advised the individual was now awake and sitting in a chair petting one of their dogs. The individual stated he was trying to get from Alva to Cherokee and had no idea how he got there or where he was. The RP has noticed their 2006 Kia Sorento was missing. Advised they found the car running in the ditch across the street. The male was still sitting in the mud room. RP stated her husband was standing by the back door in case the individual tried to exit the house. Deputy and sheriff en route. Deputy had one male in custody. Sheriff looking for another possible vehicle.

9:34 a.m. Helena officer advised he was out by James Crabtree Correctional Center and some individual's attempted to throw a package over the fence. Advised deputy. Officer had one African-American male in custody and en route to the sheriff's office.

11:41 a.m. RP advised of a calf out on SH-45 east of McWillie.

12:51 p.m. RP advised her daughter will not return her trailer and wanted to make a police report.

2:11 p.m. RP advised neighbor was yelling at him and taking pictures of him and his buddy. RP advised a male was riding his four-wheeler crazy and spraying gravel with it.

3:48 p.m. Alarm company called about an alarm in an interior garage. Officer advised and will check it out. Officer advised of negative contact. Everything seems fine.


4:25 p.m. RP advised of a calf out east of Harper, Kansas. Transferred to Harper County.

7:58 p.m. RP advised a lady called and complained about semis that were speeding and not stopping at the stop sign. She called the OHP, who advised to the sheriff's office. She would like an officer to come to Aline and sit and wait on some of the semis to speed by. Deputy spoke to the RP and then called the semi company and spoke to the supervisor and told him either tit stops or he would take care of it.

10:40 p.m. RP advised of calves out on County Road 350 and Aline Blacktop.
