Burlington Student Council President Stephanie Croft organizes some of the presents students donated as Angel Tree gifts.
The Burlington 7th-12th grade classes adopted an angel from the local Angel Tree.
The Burlington School counselor, Misty McCullough, contacted the Angel Tree coordinator and let her know that the student body was interested in sponsoring children. She received wish lists that were given to Student Council sponsor, Jennifer Newlin.
Newlin gave a wish list to each class in grades 7 through 12. The classes were determined to fulfill all of the angels' wishes. The students bought gifts, wrapped them and labeled them for delivery to the Angel Tree coordinator.
