An Alva man has been charged with three drug felonies after law enforcement executed a search warrant at his residence. Court affidavits show 426 grams or 15 ounces of marijuana was seized.

Jordan Lynn Flynt, 21, of Alva was charged Dec. 20 with (1) possession of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) with intent to distribute, (2) violation of Oklahoma statute via computer and (3) maintaining a place for keeping and/or selling controlled substance.
