According to the affidavits and petitions on file, the following individuals have been charged. An individual is innocent of any charges listed below until proven guilty in a court of law. All information is a matter of public record and may be obtained by anyone during regular hours at the Alfalfa County Courthouse. The Alva Review-Courier will not intentionally alter or delete any of this information. If it appears in the courthouse public records, it will appear in this newspaper.

Felony Filings

Victor Rios Jr., Clinton, 34, has been charged with possession of stolen vehicle, possession of firearm after felony conviction, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and knowingly concealing stolen property ($1,653.75).

Misdemeanor Filings

Mandy Lee Madison, Tulsa, 38, has been charged with driving with license suspended ($311.50).

Cassie Marie Curry, Carmen, 31, has been charged with domestic abuse – assault and battery ($386.50).

Victor Rios Jr., Clinton, 34, has been charged with removing proper or affixing improper license plate, altering license decal, obstructing an officer, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled dangerous substance ($1,382.50).

Protective Order Filings

Michael Dean Hawley, Cherokee, vs. Brandi Dawn Drouhard, Goltry: protective order ($223).

Wildlife Filings

Douglas Robert Leierer, Helena, has been cited for possession of deer not legally taken ($739).

Traffic Filings

Blaine Lowell Baker, Goltry, has been cited for failure to yield to vehicle on right ($249).

Michael B. Hall, Cherokee, has been cited for failure to comply with compulsory insurance law ($269).

Mandy Lee Madison, Tulsa, has been cited for failure to obtain registration and title within 30 days of purchase ($249).

The following individuals were cited for speeding:

Trent William Flanagan, Oolagah, has been cited for speeding 15 mph over the speed limit ($264).

Timothy Seth Kwame Atokara, Edmond, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit ($224.50).
