#4 in 2017: OC 4x400 team earns indoor All-America honors with school record

OKLAHOMA CITY (Dec. 28, 2017) – In 2016, Oklahoma Christian's 4x400-meter relay team came agonizingly close to qualifying for the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships, but missed making the field by just a few hundredths of a second.

The Eagles made sure that wasn't an issue in 2017. Not only did they qualify, they earned All-America status once at the national meet, ranking as the No. 4 story in OC athletics in 2017.

In 2016, the Eagles twice lowered a 50-year-old school record in the indoor 4x400, taking it down to 3:14.54. In 2017, as the season neared its end, the quartet...
