Kiowa District Hospital Board President Pat Myers called the monthly Dec. 21 meeting to order in the clinic lobby. All members attended including Jeff Miller, Jim Parker, Chantae Simpson and Miranda Allen. CEO Margaret Grismer sat at the board table. Other hospital employees present were: CFO Janell Goodno, Hospital DON Heidi Courson, Manor Administrator Kim Balding, R.N. Robyn Whitaker and Tara Girty of the business office. Cohesive members present were Godwin Fey, founder/presdent; Mike Hand, CFO; and Ivy Bowden, corporate compliance officer.
