ALVA, Okla. – The Northwestern Oklahoma State women's basketball team matched their season win total from a season ago with a 75-62 victory over East Central on Saturday afternoon inside Percefull Fieldhouse.
The win concludes the first half of the Great American Conference schedule for head coach Tasha Diesselhorst's team, as they will now play each team in the conference one more time before season's end.
