Burlington School Board extends superintendent contract to Elliott for 27th year

Board mentions future building projects

Burlington Superintendent Glen Elliott had his contract renewed for the 2018-19 school year. Burlington’s Board of Education thanked Elliott for his 27 years at Burlington as superintendent. He has 45 years in education.

The board met for their January meeting last Wednesday. Board President Terry Graham called the meeting to order with all but one member present including: Aaron Smith, T.J. Rockenbach and Robert Hill. Allison Armbruster was absent. Others present were: Superintendent Glen Elliott, Principal Lane Pruett, and Minutes Clerk Tamre McGinnis.
