Two of the three Woods County commissioners were present Monday morning for their regular 10 a.m. meeting. David Hamil was absent because he was with his wife who was undergoing surgery.

Don Blalock presented drawings of the Duneview subdivision he is building south of Waynoka on property previously occupied by the Oasis Convenience Store. The land is just outside the Waynoka city limits near the sand dunes. He expects sales of the lots to begin this spring. The commissioners have no obligations regarding the project. They simply needed to be informed.
