BRYAN, Texas (AP) — While Doug Weedon spent the past three decades helping the homeless in the Brazos Valley, he routinely would take the opportunity to educate the public on the issue.
"It's not a choice. It could happen to any of us," he was known to say, then give details about the hearts and minds of the people Twin City Mission took under its roof.
