The criteria for the selection of American Association of University Women (AAUW) scholarship recipient are as follows.

Recipient Criteria

The recipient of the AAUW Scholarship shall be a woman who:

• is enrolled in and plans to attend Northwestern Oklahoma State University the following academic semester.

• has completed at least 64 credit hours (junior status or above) by December 2017.

• needs financial assistance in order to complete undergraduate work.

• has a 3.2 or better overall grade point average.

• has participated in student activities and shows evidence of leadership qualities.
