Junior Kirk was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on September 2, 2002, and left this earth on January 24, 2018.

Junior had moved to Oklahoma with his family and began attending school in Cherokee when he was in the fourth grade. He had a strong competitive spirit and was well liked by his peers and teachers. Junior loved music, his family, his dog, Daisy, his friends, his teammates, his coaches and the community of Cherokee.

Junior was preceded in death by his grandmother, Susan Wirt.
