It has been requested that we clarify a Barber County court filing published in the Jan. 17 edition of the Newsgram. In that edition it was listed under Criminal Filings: Eric Lee Ricke has been charged with distribution of heroin and three other charges.

The full description of the count 1 complaint states: Eric Lee Ricke, than and there being present did unlawfully, feloniously and intentionally, knowingly or recklessly distribute or possess with the intent to distribute at least 3.5 grams but less than 100 grams of methamphetamine.
