Kiowa City Administrator Lou Leone notified the Newsgram Friday afternoon that Kiowa’s City Council held a special four hour meeting Friday morning. Of that, three hours and 45 minutes were in executive session, Leone confirmed. The executive session was to discuss an employee’s performance, the administrator said. Two other small items of business were also on the agenda, but will be addressed at the regular Feb. 12 meeting.

Leone said the executive session was continued to Monday at 5 p.m. That meeting lasted one hour. Leone said the council took no action....
