Basketball coaches recap week at QB Club

ALVA, Okla. – The Alva High School and Northwestern Oklahoma State basketball coaches had an opportunity to give a recap of their team’s performances over the previous week at the weekly Quarterback Club meeting on Tuesday.

It was a roller coaster week for the Alva boys as they had to make two trips to Perry for one game. On Jan. 23, the scheduled game at Perry was postponed as an electrical fire started in the gym. But that gave some extra time for the Bugs to work on issues that had bitten them in previous games before they faced rival Chisholm last Friday.
