Late Run Sinks Henderson in 92-83 Loss to Oklahoma Baptist

SHAWNEE, Okla. — Henderson State erased an early deficit on Thursday night and led by seven points with just under 11 minutes to play, but were out-scored 35-19 to close the game as Oklahoma Baptist defeated the Reddies 92-83 to break Henderson's three-game Great American Conference winning streak.

After falling behind 23-11 to open the game, Henderson (11-9, 6-8) came roaring back and used 11 points from both Kaylon Tappin and Brad Nairn to spark a 28-18 run, trimming the once 11-point deficit down to just 41-39 at the break.
