Reddies Make Big Plays Late to Survive SNU 63-57

BETHANY, Okla. — Behind a double-double from Bree Bossier and some big plays late, Henderson State got past Southern Nazarene 63-57 on Saturday afternoon to claim its 15th win of the season — the most for the program since 2010-11.

After trailing by four at halftime, SNU (7-12, 5-10) gained some ground in the third quarter to send the game into the fourth with the score locked at 42-42. With just under three minutes to play in the game, SNU finally broke the tie and took a 57-56 lead on a free throw from Alexus Jones.
