JOPLIN, Mo. —Southern Nazarene's track and field teams were in action Friday and Saturday at the MSSU Open hosted by Missouri Southern State.

On the women's side, Kyra Fuller finished fifth in the one-mile run, as the junior posted a time of 5:25.02. Che Burge finished 21st (6:00.71), and Emma Green finished 22nd (6:07.81).

In the 200 meter run, Kaley Knox finished in 14th place as the freshman posted a time of 26.80. In the 800 meter run, Rachel Hurtz led the way for the Crimson Storm as she finished seventh with her time of 2:27.67.
