Second student dismissed from NWOSU football program

A second student-athlete has been dismissed from the football program at Northwestern Oklahoma State University as a result of an altercation that occurred at the Nite Lite club in Alva on Sunday, Jan. 28, according to a statement posted from NWOSU Monday.
