OKLAHOMA CITY – Juan Gonzalez belted out a school-record six hits, leading Oklahoma Baptist to a 14-8 win over Oklahoma Christian in the Bison's first road game of the season.
The Bison catcher was 6-6 with two doubles, a home run, two RBI and three runs. Gonzalez also was perfect in 14 defensive chances, including catching a would-be base stealer.
Zane Gelphman ripped two home runs and a double.
OBU stroked 23 hits and hit .442 for the game. Brett Berghammer had four hits, including a double, Josh Timms drove in four runs on a double and two singles, Garrett McKee had three hits and Brock Car...
