Ouachita wins Battle of the Tigers

ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – The Ouachita women's basketball team scored 25 points in the fourth quarter to cement a 69-62 victory over East Central University in front of a packed house on Thursday evening.
It was the first season sweep against East Central (7-13, 7-10 GAC) since the 2014-2015 season. The win also puts Ouachita (12-10, 8-8 GAC) back to even in Great American Conference play.
Neither team put on an offensive show in the first half as East Central went into the half up 29-26. East Central was just 10-30 from the field, while Ouachita was just slightly better percentage wise going 10-25...
