MONTICELLO, Ark. – The Northwestern Oklahoma State women's basketball team ended a four game losing streak as they got a big road win against the University of Arkansas–Monticello Thursday.

The Ranger offense came alive early in this one as they got out to an eight-point lead just five minutes into the game. Northwestern would continue to stay on top most of the first quarter and it was not until late in the second quarter that Arkansas Monticello would get a lead.
