Monday night Kiowa Police Chief Steve Johnson lost his job following executive session at the February regular meeting of the Kiowa, Kansas City Council.

During the regular session Mayor Ron Rohr said he received a letter that day and handed it to City Administrator Lou Leone. As he handed the letter, the mayor said, “There probably won’t be a police report tonight.”
