Due to unplayable amounts of rain forecast for the Searcy, Arkansas, area this weekend, officials have made the decision to move the Rangers' three-game series with Harding University to Alva.

The two teams will be kicking off Great American Conference play with a doubleheader on Saturday, Feb. 17, beginning at 1 p.m. followed by a single nine-inning game on Sunday, Feb. 18, at noon from Glass Family Field at Myers Stadium.

Last season, the Bisons took a 2-1 series win over the Rangers in Alva and currently sport a 4-3 record after opening the season with non-conference games. Northwestern is off to a great start, going 5-2 to date with their only losses coming to Missouri Southern State.
