No. 10 Lady Muleriders split final day at the 6-State Classic in Emporia, Kansas

EMPORIA, Kansas – The Lady Mulerider softball team split the final day of the 6-State Classic in Emporia, Kansas after a run-rule victory in five innings to Concordia St. Paul in game one, 10-1, and a loss in game two, 3-4, to Emporia State that saw the Hornets secure the late walk-off win in the bottom of the seventh.
HOW IT HAPPENED- GAME ONE
• SAU got on the board quickly as they put up four runs on three hits in the bottom of the first inning to take a 4-0 lead.
• Jill Roye plated the first run of that frame with an RBI single and, later, Faith Otts stroked a 2-out base-clear...
