Waynoka man charged in two church burglaries

A Waynoka man is facing charges in the theft of electronics from two Waynoka churches.

Devin Ray Rittenhouse, 23, is charged with two counts of burglary in the second degree, both felonies. This crime is punishable by imprisonment for two to seven years. He was also charged with a misdemeanor of possession of burglary tools.

According to the district attorney information in the case, Rittenhouse has several prior convictions in Woods County: April 13, 2016, two counts of burglary second degree, felonies, seven years suspended except one year in prison. April 26, 2017, rape second degree, a...
