Lady Rangers keep playoff hopes alive with comeback victory

ALVA, Okla. – The Northwestern Oklahoma State women's basketball team went on the road and defeated East Central by a final score of 76-71 in order to keep their postseason hopes alive.

Despite trailing by as many as 16 during the first half, Northwestern battled their way back into the contest and outscored the Tigers 22-12 in the final quarter of the game to earn the victory. The victory moves the Lady Rangers to 8-13 in GAC play and will keep their hopes alive of earning one of the eight playoff spots in the GAC postseason tournament.
