NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Vice President Mike Pence lauded President Donald Trump on Tuesday for the administration's socially conservative policies, calling him the "most pro-life president in American history" in an appearance before Christian broadcasters.
Pence relayed the message to a luncheon of abortion opponents gathered at a Susan B. Anthony list event during the broadcasters' convention in Nashville. He later addressed a larger crowd of broadcasters.
