EDMOND, Okla. — Southern Nazarene fell 9-0 to No. 12 Midwestern State Saturday morning.

Noelia Gomez and Judit Mas fell 8-3 at No. 1 doubles while Anna Garcia and Dragana Samardzic lost 8-3 at No. 2. Zoe Gray and Polina Chala lost 8-2 at No. 3 to round out doubles.

In singles, Noelia Gomez and Polina Chala were the only two players to win a set at No. 1 and 2 singles. Gomez won her first set 6-4 over No. 5 (South Central Region) Maddy Coffman, but lost 6-3 in the second set and fell 10-3 in the tiebreaker.
