During February, the Alva Police Department made reports on five vehicular collisions.
Feb. 14, 2018
On Feb. 14 there was a two vehicle collision at 2:55 p.m. on Hart Street west of College Boulevard. Ricky Lee Davidson, 41, of Alva in a 2011 Ford F1S was parked in a no parking zone on the south side of Hart Street facing east. He told investigating Officer Timothy Clapp he was parked there waiting for cars to pull forward into the Lincoln Elementary drive to pick up his child.
A 2010 Toyota was parked in the Aspen Apartments parking lot on the north side of Hart Street facing north. Lama...
