The Woods County Industrial Development Authority (WCIDA) just barely had a quorum Tuesday morning at their quarterly meeting at Northwest Technology Center. With the resignation of Bryce Benson from the city council, his appointment to that board disappeared also, so he was not present. Those in attendance were Rick Cunningham, Richard Ryerson and Stan Kline, along with Executive Director Sonja Williams.

The agenda was handled quickly with the approval of minutes, financial reports and payment of outstanding bills. The only bill was the pledge transfer of $10,850 to WCEDC.
