Holder not happy with House bill that would strip DOC board of its power

Todd Holder, secretary of the Oklahoma Board of Corrections, attended the BJCC Advisory Board meeting Tuesday noon, although he needed to leave to attend the Senate hearings at the State Capitol on the new state budget.
