For nearly 80 years the families of Charlie and Mattie Harper Leslie have enjoyed annual reunions. The first reunion was held June 7, 1936, in Hatfield Park. Through the years, the gathering has occurred in the park, Government Springs in Enid, the city park in Carmen, or in Dacoma – the family's roots since Cherokee Strip Run of 1893.

This year’s reunion was held Sunday, March 25, at the Dacoma School lunchroom. The Wallace Leslie family was the host for the day.
