Man arrested after allegedly hitting, kicking, stomping and choking woman

 


An Alva man has been charged following investigation of a domestic incident in progress.

David Wayne Tuman, 50, of Alva was charged March 28 in Woods County with domestic abuse – assault and battery, a felony. This crime is punishable by imprisonment up to four years or a fine of $5,000. Tuman is alleged to have hit, kicked, stomped and choked Regina Adams.

According to court records, on March 19 about 3:45 p.m. Alva Police Officer Sean Farris responded to a report of a domestic situation in progress. He arrived to find a woman sitting on the ground at 11th and Oklahoma Boulevard. She was lean...
