LONDON (AP) — The daughter of a former Russian spy poisoned by a nerve agent said Thursday in her first public comment that she's recovering, but the international furor over the attack escalated as Russia told the United Nations Moscow assumes "with a high degree of probability" that the intelligence services of other countries are behind it.
