Alfalfa Commissioners to meet today to consider instituting burn ban

The Alfalfa County Board of Commissioners met Monday morning for their regular meeting. All commissioners were present, as well as Nancy Lambert, Shana Smallwood-Buchanan and Laneta Unruh. After the call to order, Lambert gave the invocation and the flag was saluted.
Commissioners approved the minutes from the previous meeting, the M & O warrants for payment, and the blanket purchase orders. One road crossing permit was approved for District 1.
The monthly officer reports were received and approved by the board. Appropriations for the election board met with the commissioners' approval:
