Following the city’s budget retreat, Alva staff members are working out a list of wants and needs against the reality of expected revenue. Alva Business Manager Joe Don Dunham said they’re working to match anticipated revenue with adjustments to expenditures to come out with a balanced budget to present in June. The city’s fiscal year begins July 1.
