NWOSU music students perform "Winds of Spring"

The final concert of the NWOSU instrumental music department was held Tuesday night at Herod Hall. The event was entitled "The Winds of Spring" and directed by Dr. Marc Decker, his final concert. He moves to Florida after the semester is complete.
